We have a 25 year old home and were in desperate need of new windows and a patio door. After researching all the possibilities, we chose Renewal by Andersen (RBA) The entire process couldn’t have been easier. The sales representative met us in our home, we chose our windows and door and were on our way. RBA kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. We knew when our windows were going to be ready and “we” picked the days for installation. All we had to do was make sure our installers had room to work. Richard and his crew showed up on time and got to work right away. It only took two days for everything to get done. The installers were extremely professional and answered any questions we had. They worked hard and cleaned and vacuumed everything when they were done. All the trim was cut and installed perfectly on site. We did a window by window by door walkthrough to be sure everything was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for more!

From time of order to installation DAY, (1 sliding Patio door, 3 large picture windows, removed Bay and replaced with a 3 panel sliding window, and 1 kitchen Window), all done in one day. All trim is done top of the line. The windows are great (climate control, noise barrier very good), we no longer hear the traffic from the main road, neighborhood dogs barking. Overall glad we did it.
