No they are not cheap… but windows are an investment! Have had a lot of houses over time and one thing that most people look at when they are looking to buy are the windows. If they aren’t you are lucky! We couldn’t be happier with the windows and door that we purchased to up date our home. The quality of the windows and door is extremely hard to beat! And over the years I have installed and have had installed windows and doors. Simply no comparison to these! Also… the sales person, the measurer, the phone contact to keep you updated can’t be beat. They know what they are doing and talking about… friendly considerate and happy to help and answer any questions you can think of. Now for the installer’s… craftmanship that you just don’t see much of anymore! Truly impressed with their knowledge of what they are doing and the quality of work that they did. We ordered windows in February and expected them to be installed in late summer or early fall. We were pleasantly surprised when they came in and were installed in March. The crew was professional and very quick, installing six windows in six hours. We noticed the difference in heating and cooling almost immediately. We recommend RBA for anyone needing windows in an old house.

From the first visit by Charles Bartlett all the way to the installation process it was a pleasant experience. Charles represented the company well. The installers were the most professional, clean, and polite crew we have ever had work here. All the windows look wonderful and they took special pains to make the trim fit with the rest of the house. They came early and in two days installed nine windows with a minimum amount of stress for us. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome!
