Today, 9/12/24 is the first day after the installation completion; therefore, I have reservation to edit or update my review if issues arise as the windows are settled or I really examine the work/product. The installation team, especially Vince and Jared have gone above and beyond and are very careful with their work. I have a total of 10 windows installed (sliding and double-hunged) and team worked cohesively and cleaned up after themselves. Though the cost was certainly very expensive, I am happy with the installation team and the windows so far. I have a window and may be a door left and contemplating to continue the work – all depending on how these newly installed ones function (hope to save me money on energy) and price we can shell out again, of course.

Renewal by Andersen did an outstanding job from start to finish. Everything, from the great quality product (windows) to the salesman, financial folks, installers were very professional and quick! I will be looking to replace more windows soon!!

Brought our house from a flipper, and had three leaky windows with one large window that the flippers painted over the wood rotted frame -which we didn’t know until we had our consultation (thank you for pointing it out, saving us from it getting worse). Ordering the windows was really easy, especially ensuring that we would get another beautiful picture window. The day of installation, the crew was courteous and genuinely cared about making sure no messes were left behind. They were fast, and it went super smooth. With three regular windows and one large picture windows the crew was in and out much quicker then expected. After installation we were shown the windows and the work that was completed. We are please with the work that was done, and excited to not have leaky windows anymore.
