I couldn’t believe how fast the old windows were out and the new were in! They left extra trim for us to test stains and were so nice! The windows are beautiful! They open and shut so smoothly and you can barely see the screens. The difference is astounding!

We had all 10 windows in our house replaced. The design consultant, Ray Rice, was very professional in presenting the information on windows for our house. He had brought samples and showed us functions and energy savings on the windows they provide. When the installers arrived we were impressed with their knowledge and professionalism on site. Our questions we had were answered by them on site. They put down carpet protector runners throughout the house in order to keep our flooring clean. Once the project was completed they cleaned up under each window installed. A screen put in had some damage on it and they were happy to order another one to install for us. Very happy with everything.

We live in a one story house with a basement and replaced our main floor 1960 windows over 14 years ago. Although I didn’t think we would have to go through that process again in our lifetime, it was clear we needed a change. Earlier this year we turned to Renewal by Andersen of Rapid City and met with Doug Jones and this time we scheduled to replace the main floor and basement windows.
