The glass we use for our windows, High-Performance™ Low-E4®, is covered by a 20-year warranty, while we cover our window frames for up to 10 years. Note that we use our proprietary Fibrex® material for our frames, which is itself resistant to any kind of natural wear and tear.
But it’s not just the glass and the frames; we also cover other mechanical parts of the window. Hinges, locks, latches, handles, and other similar components are also protected by a 10-year warranty.
