Coverage

All Renewal by Andersen products are covered by our warranties, and nearly every component in each of our units is covered as well. Our warranties do not discriminate from any type—from regular picture window installation to your custom windows. The glass we use for our windows, High-Performance™ Low-E4®, is covered by a 20-year warranty, while we cover our window frames for up to 10 years. Note that we use our proprietary Fibrex® material for our frames, which is itself resistant to any kind of natural wear and tear.

But it’s not just the glass and the frames; we also cover other mechanical parts of the window. Hinges, locks, latches, handles, and other similar components are also protected by a 10-year warranty.

Transferability

Flexibility in the warranty is also a prized characteristic of the best warranties in the business. This means they could be transferred to the next owner in case you want to sell your home down the road. At Renewal by Andersen, our warranties are transferable, and they cover all our products. 

Easy Claiming

We don’t make you jump through hoops to claim our warranties. Because all our products are custom-built to your specifications, we assign a unique ID to each of our units. This allows us to identify which units are still under warranty and to troubleshoot the problem far more quickly.
