Your sliding patio door should not appear crooked and should glide easily in its tracks. Alternatively, your hinged French door should not make streaks on your floor when opened. When these happen, it’s very likely that your door jambs were not levelled correctly during installation.
Take a look at your energy bills after the installation. If you’ve done no other home improvement other than a door replacement and you notice a slight increase in your consumption, your door is the likely culprit.
